Yeah, they have Jack Johnson, a former UM great, and Panarin who I liked when he was in Chicago on Kane's line. I've got no problem rooting for the Blue Jackets.

Anywho, I'm still a Pens fan. But, the city is slowly coming around to the CBJ. Now, whether Burrow or Haskins starts is still more important that the Stanley Cup playoffs to 98% of the folks around here.

As an aside, don't the CBJ have some pretty good young players? I mean, I can't really speak on hockey at all, so this is a little like hack pontificating on football or any other non-Trudeau sport, but it seems like Pierre-Luc, Seth Jones, Panera, Warenski, Jenner and maybe Wennberg are all pretty young and, you know, not terrible.

It looks like they will probably beat the Caps, but the Caps' goaltending change might turn the series. That guy they benched sucked ass.

For some reason I have found myself cheering for Las Vegas. Who swept the Kings and will play the Sharks (who just swept the Ducks). Gerard Gallant was a gritty Red Wing and a favorite of mine just when the Red Wings started getting good. Outstanding coach, a terrific guy and always a Red Wing.

I have CBC again and 'Coaches Corner' unbelievably is still pretty good after all these years. Bit strange watching games on the Golf channel and USA Network also.
