IIRC, he attended the voluntary workouts his rookie year also.

I am guessing it is just getting to know the guys and next year he will continue to train on his own.

I agree on Suh, it would have looked REALLY BAD, for him to skip off season training camps to his teammates.....there is no way he could have done that after signing that huge contract.
