  • I did see the video of that fight, I love Harvick appearing out of the shadows like Bray Wyatt.

    • I think Harvick was pushing him in there and told him to fight his own fight.
Also in theh post race interviews, it appeared Jeff Gordon had a fatty lip.

Man, if only the Lions players would have been willing to pay back their travelling fans who witnessed some of their epic stinkers over the years...

              • Wow! Really nice goal there!

Portugal beat Armenia yesterday 1-0. Played badly, Ronaldo scored, we won! Lately is a bit like that...

                • Septem, random question, are soccer matches played once a week, on Saturday's? Or, more often?

In Portugal domestic league matches are once a week on the weekend, but because of TV are played from Friday to Monday.

European cups usually are played from Tuesday to Thursday. Big teams usually play more than once a week because of that.

But it depends the size of the domestic leagues in each country their schedule, and also the schedules of domestic cups that are also included in the middle of the week.

If you are a big team and doing well in all fronts most of the times you play twice a week.

                    • Ah, thanks. With big games during the week I suppose fans don't travel to opposing stadiums as much as weekend games? Unless the team are located close to each other.

                      • That was sweet both in the buildup and the finish. Or as the Guinness talking heads used to say - "BRILLIANT!!"

That’s true for the European cup matches when your team travel abroad.

But them you also must consider wages disparity between European countries. In Portugal an average monthly wage is around 984 Euros, right next to us a Spanish averages around 1.600 of monthly wage, Denmark around 3.700 Euros, Finland, Germany and Ireland around 2.500 Euros, just to give you some examples.

So easy to figure out, that it’s harder to a Portuguese to follow their team abroad, than to a German…

You can see what I'm talking about:

                            • The oldest international soccer fixture in history tomorrow night in Glasgow:
                              Scotland v England.

                              What is your Prediction, Dean?
