  • It was clearly doctored, put them next to each other. Its not a question. Again though dance for the organ grinder, who cares, it doesn't matter. CNN can put another reporter there and its not like putting up a doctored video now suddenly creates a credibility problem with this administration. It is the latest made up controversy in two years worth of made up controversies.

Any word on the the 15 thousand troops getting sent to the border to stop the fast moving caravan of middle eastern terrorists from Guatemala bringing leprosy and small pox?

OTOH, anyone screaming "FRAUD FRAUD" about Arizona doesn't know what they're talking about. They're counting absentees. When Martha McSally ran for Congress in 2014, it wasn't until December 17th that she was declared the winner, by only 167 votes.

People don't pay much attention after Election Night but vote-counting in a lot of states, especially out west, drags on for a long time afterwards. Sometimes weeks. It's normal.
A "whiff" you say! More like Bhopal, India, I'd say. By law, the absentee and other votes done prior to the election must be counted and reported by no later than a half hour after the polls close. Broward still has no clue how many people voted, and they have no intention of telling anyone until they see how many votes they need.

Why is it that all these fraud counties seem to find votes only for Democrats? After 2000, I really looked into it and you libs should take note. The punch card ballot cannot come out "dimpled" when there is only one ballot in the punch-box. Even progs should realize this if you actually take the time to think about it. The way ballots get dimpled is when there are many ballots in the box (think 15 or so). This happens in two ways. There is the straight-forward fraud of actually placing 10-15 blank ballots into a "privately owned" box and mass punching them and adding them to the honest ballots. That is why so many punch-boxes were found in the trunk of cars in Broward. The second way is to take actual honest ballots, sticking them in a box, and punching the Dem candidate's space. If the ballot were voted for the Dem anyway, no harm done. But if the ballot were voted for the Rep, then the ballot is counted as a "spoiled" ballot. In 2000, Houston had a "spoiled ballot" rate of 4%. They switched to a non-punchcard system in 2002 and the spoiled rate fell to .04%.

In addition, the person in charge of counting Broward this year was convicted of adding fraudulent ballots into the count in 2016 (which she also oversaw). The Dem operative (name begins with an E, but I forget) in charge of the re-count for the national Dems is the same guy who was in charge of creating the made-up Trump dossier for the Hillary campaign/DNC. What could possibly go wrong? Shit, I used punch cards when I was in college. Does it seem unusual that heavily Democrat areas still use 1970s technology? And don't give me that shit about these being poor areas. I live in one of the poorest counties in Michigan (a minority-majority county BTW) and we have secure voting.

And as to how long it takes to count votes, well, you only see that on the left coast where everyone casts a provisional ballot, a vote by mail, or a vote by email.. I actually have never seen any of you progs deal with my suggestion of having a four-day holiday weekend (F-M) in which to vote, but having to vote in person. Of course, there would be exceptions like nursing homes and hospitalized persons, but that could be held to a minimum. Rs would love this because it would mean at least 2 days off work. Since Dems basically don't work anyway (or "work" for the government which is really not work), they gain nothing. CGVT, how would you like such a system? What about you Strangelove? I suspect you want a system that makes it easier to commit fraud. I know, I know..... anyone who wants fair elections is racist, so save it. The Black and Mexican folks I know are more than capable of getting the proper free ID in order to cast a ballot. YOUR racism makes you think that Blacks or Mexicans are either too stupid or too lazy to navigate this horrible imposition. They aren't.

Maybe, I guess I'd have to see that exit polling married up to participation. In other words did that make GOP voters get out to vote?

McCaskill road in on a wave in 2006 where fundamentals favored her and got by in 2012 because of a terrible candidate in Todd Akin. Heitkamp barely got in during Obama's second election and maybe she tanked her campaign with that campaign ad in mid-October. Donnelly was the beneficiary of Richard Murdouck. These candidates all lost by a decent amount.

In my opinion their campaigns suffered the most when Trump stopped talking about a Red Wave and faced reality and got off his ass to start campaigning. Whoever convinced him to change his tune did those three new senators a favor.

          • To be clear, Froot, I'm not saying Kav was THE factor that won those races. I think it's borderline crazy to try to pick a singular dominant factor in a race (most of the time). But, I do think Kav mattered. As did PDJT's campaigning in certain states.

I mean, PDJT is what probably mattered most in virtually every competitive race. He either cost the Rs races (in the House) or helped the Rs with races (in the Senate). Even then, that's just a general statement. I'd still look it on a race-by-race basis.

Interesting. Are ballots uniform across the entire county?

The map below shows that while 3.7% of Broward's voters left their Senate choice blank, no other county in the state had higher than 1%. It seems unlikely that Broward's voters would be so different as to simply not care about that race to a far greater extent than anywhere else. So that's why the two thoughts were: A) The ballot confused people in which case there's nothing that can be done B) There's a tabulations error somewhere and there's votes that haven't been properly counted.

                Good lord.

Or the third and logical inference is that in Broward, a heavily Democrat county by anyone's description, regular Democrats refused to vote for an old socialist. The same thing happened to my ballot when I refused to vote for either Trump or Hillary. In terms of pure logic, you completely ignore that this is not a binary choice.

Plus, once again your racism makes you think that people are too stupid to handle a standard ballot. They are not. And having more votes for Senator than Governor is totally logical for any Democrat. I can see traditional Dems not wanting to vote for Gillum given his admitted criminal conduct while mayor. I can see the same 'regular" Dems refusing to endorse Trump by voting for DeSantos.

                • In Florida, there isn't enough votes for Nelson unless the manual recount finds that the 30,000 thousand votes were a machine problem and not the design problem. Scott is going to win, the Broward county officals are inept, incompetent and maybe corrupt. But if you did vote in Broward county your vote deserves to be counted.

Competent county clerks and competent secretaries of state are essential. Unfortunately they are an afterthought. Measures to ensure more election integrity is one of the hardest things to get laws passed because it is hard to get a consensus after elections are over.

no one has a problem with a recount.

the problem people have is the vote totals going up and Scott's lead shrinking and shrinking and shrinking. BTW, the vote difference was 30,000. It is now currently 15,000 and the crook of Broward is once again not complying with State Law by not informing how many more ballots have to be counted

also an issue that EVERY OTHER county in Florida doesn't have these problems and reported their vote total ON ELECTION NIGHT, even counties that were wiped out by the hurricane. Not Broward. Never Broward. They are special. Three days out from election day and they have not reported the total number of uncounted ballots and all of this is being done in a smoke filled back room where nothing is transparent, and this is all being overseen by likely the most corrupt public official in the entire country.

Well, here is the actual, original, TV feed of the confrontation.

Full exchange of President Trump and CNN's Jim Acosta. Trump engaged in one of his most direct confrontations with a reporter.Subscribe to TIME ►► http://po....

Evidently, the dispute is over whether Acosta touched the intern or not. Are you going to believe your own eyes or the alt-left hate sites? If you care to see what it is like for conservatives in this media environment, try to find the actual tape of what happened without prog commentary on Google or Bing. He hits her arm. And he behaves like a typical Dem shill. Can you even imagine a Fox reporter doing this to Obama?

the whole accusation of doctored video is laughable to anyone that knows about video compression, key frames, delta frames and dropped frames when a video gets compressed and uploaded online

                            no, the video wasn't doctored
