They sure did, didn't they? When the outgoing Reedy Creek board passed some last minute rules that gave power back to Disney before they were replaced by DeSantis appointees, I recall some in here making hay of the situation. Didn't age well.

"We are glad that Disney has dropped its lawsuits against the new Central Florida Tourism Oversight District and conceded that their last-minute development agreements are null, void, and unenforceable," Bryan Griffin, DeSantis' communications director, said in a statement.
