We're losing everyone. He was great in everything I saw him in but he really stood out in Robin Hood. He made a pretty mediocre movie good.

"Die Hard" ... Obviously... One of the best action movies.

First death for me to actually shout out nooooo. It was just so surprising and he is just so great in everything. Including the depressed robot in Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. I grew up on Die Hard, I wanted to be a cop as a kid because of Willis. But when mentally plotting out crimes I would never do, I always think WWHGD. He was probably earliest great actual villain a prototype for how to do it in the future. No letting someone survive, no taking it easy on hostages, and even when dying was still trying to pull a last FU on John Mcclain. So perfectly portrayed by Rickman.

Just sucks... Rickman could have been in so much more like Christopher Lee (LOTR, Star Wars) was late in his career.
