Me neither but apparently it's a delicacy in some "eastern" countries (hey but so are chickens feet). In an NPR story I heard about it some chef somewhere here in the U.S. (i forget) prepared it a bunch of different ways and it perfectly good to eat and he suggested the two things that hold it back is the negative stigma we have to the name "asian carp" and that it's not super easy to prepare because it's pretty boney.Originally posted by Islair View Post
