There is no doubt at all that reggae is good. It's made millions of people very happy and many artists a lot of money.
My own personal opinion on it is that it's good for an hour, (two hours tops), but then you got to change it. Either that or get fkn wasted and keep on listening.
Was at a job about ten years ago and this 19/20 year old guy was in all morning, (his parents had gone to work ) and he played reggae all morning. I was working away installing some radiators. Just before he left he said, "I hope the Bob Marley has been ok pal!"..., to which I replied, "Yeah, I like bob Marley, but he's been doing my fkn tits in for the past three hours to be honest, pal."
