      Going back to this video, I guess there is no way too tell, but I hope that last person didn't die in the wreck. Losing the video gave it a deathly sort of feel.

            You can just go to Florida for that. I used to think the worst drivers in the country had Illinois plates, but those fuckers are amateurs. Florida wins in a landslide in my opinion. Red lights merely are a suggestion there.
