            • In case you haven't been following the NFL Draft, here's a quick review from The Sporting News:

Michigan players drafted in 2024 NFL Draft

A look at the Michigan players selected in the 2024 NFL Draft:
              • J.J. McCarthy, QB, Minnesota Vikings (No. 10 overall)

The Vikings traded up to get McCarthy, who will join Sam Darnold and have a chance to start early. McCarthy is the first Michigan quarterback to be taken in the first round since Jim Harbaugh in 1987.
              • Kris Jenkins, DT, Cincinnati Bengals (No. 49 overall)

Jenkins (6-3, 299) tested well at the NFL Scouting Combine and has a NFL pedigree. Cincinnati lost D.J. Reader to free agency, so this fills a need in the defensive interior.
              • Mike Sainristil, S, Washington Commanders (No. 50 overall)

Sainristil (5-9, 182) will be an immediate-impact at the next level. The first-team Sporting News All American has a penchant for making the big play at the right time.
              • Junior Colson, LB, Los Angeles Chargers (No. 69 overall)

Colson (6-2, 238 pounds) reunites with Harbaugh with the Chargers. Colson averaged 98 tackles the last two seasons for the Wolverines.
              • Blake Corum, RB, Los Angeles Rams (No. 83 overall)

Corum (5-8, 205) slipped to third round, but he could fit in Sean McVay's offense in Los Angeles. Corum scored 58 rushing TDs at Michigan and will get his chance to contribute in the red zone.
              • Roman Wilson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (No. 84 overall)

Wilson (5-11, 185) was a Senior Bowl standout and big-play receiver for the Wolverines with 12 TDs. Wilson ran a 4.39 in the 40 at the NFL Scouting Combine. He will emerge as an option as a slot receiver for the Steelers as a rookie.
              • Zak Zinter, G, Cleveland Browns (No. 85 overall)

Zinter (6-6. 309) suffered a gruesome leg injury in the regular-season finale against Ohio State, but he had 42 career starts at guard and is excels in run blocking on the interior. He could develop into a starter for the Browns.
              • AJ Barner, TE, Seattle Seahawks (No. 121 overall)

Barner (6-6. 245) is a blocking tight end with range, and SN had him projected to land with the Seahawks a few rounds later.

Michigan players on 2024 NFL Draft board

Here's a look where SN's Vinnie Iyer projects the other Michigan players to be drafted in the 2024 NFL Draft:
              PLAYER POS PROJECTED ROUND
              Cornelius Johnson WR 5
              Drake Nugent CB 5
              Michael Barrett LB 6
              Trevor Keegan G 6
              Braiden McGregor LB 7
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. JH chased Saban from Alabama and caused Day, at the point of the OSU AD's gun, to make major changes to his staff just to beat Michigan. Love it. It's Moore!!!! time
