Things that observers had right pre-game:

osu runs the inverted veer really well. It wasn't that play thatt Elliot got the 65 yarder...... that was pure IZ power that was well executed) but's in been big for osu. barrett has read M's D well at the mesh and Morgan has played the outside run way too aggressively and was also sucked out of position on the elliotts big run.

osu hasn't done anything out of the ordinary but they have done what they do well.

barett has had his moments on the ground but has had a tough time reading M's D. The sack mid first was a result of him thinking man and finding zone. He drew a blank at that moment.

M has run the ball enough inside to make the IZ/WR screen (and two other screens) effective. That's a scheme thing and Harbaugh knows and understands how to counter it.

Rudock has been sharp more so in the head than in his throws.

    Things not going as thought:

    STs.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. JH chased Saban from Alabama and caused Day, at the point of the OSU AD's gun, to make major changes to his staff just to beat Michigan. Love it. It's Moore!!!! time

If it keeps going like this, gonna need a turnover or two.

21-10, evil. Coverage was fine from Clark, just a better play by Marshall.

That could be the ballgame. Don't know if the offense can engineer 2 more TD drives.

Yep. Too much of a talent gap between the teams. UM's roster weaknesses (e.g. Linebackers) are being exploited.

Missing Glasgow is one thing, but that doesn't excuse the pathetic tackling past the LOS. The last 2 defensive sequences have been shameful.

They can generate two more TDs easily but that might not be enough.

Like I said, can't keep banking on the offense to keep pace. Way too many 3rd and longs for them to keep up the scoring.

I don't think they can get 2 more TDs without the defense/ST contributing. They played as well as you could hope for in the first half and they scored a whole 10 points.

Urban's team came ready to play. UM can only hope it's not a blow out

My generation doesn't deserve to see Michigan beat OSU at football.
It never happens when OSU is not coached by Luke Fickel (as the head coach).
