You have to hate the NCAA after reading that. For me it's just hating them more.
For the life of me, I cannot understand how reasonable men (college presidents) tolerate the horrible rules and inconsistencies in enforcing them of the NCAA.
It's been ridiculous for along time, it's getting worse and this is an example of that.
