I have family that work in health care. They have been instructed not to leave their counties. If they do they will have to quarantine for 14 days until they can return to the hospitals.

Went to do our weekly shop today, place was rammed, no toilet paper, we've a put a week supply left then we are on newspaper if we can't get any! Couple in front of us at the checkout stocked up.with 2 trollies worth of food, madness. Hopefully once the stockpilers have finished everything will go back to normal.

The "wet markets" that it is believed this virus came from is actually the perfect environment for such a viral mutation.
That said... a virology lab is also a perfect environment for such a thing.
