There's been plenty of post-Mueller polls at this point (almost ten) and the Barr letter seem to have had virtually no impact on Trump's approval.

In the RCP, he's about at his best net negative since he fired Comey. He was sort of trending that way already, but he's right around -7.5 to -8ish. That's about as good as he can possibly do. He's also erased the budget shutdown negatives.
