Once the sanctuary cities are appropriately chagrined and brought to heel, Trump should immediately pardon all drug offenders currently serving in federal prisons and bus them to Colorado. Unless, of course, Colorado wants to start playing ball and revise its marijuana laws to match federal statute.

Well, statistically speaking it's fairly unlikely. Also, I'm not AA and that reduces my chances even more since AAs have a much higher chance of getting shot -- of course, by other AAs. But if you want to go to the South Side of Chicago or East Side of Cleveand and bask in the warm glow of superfantastic D-controlled cites then, again, knock yourself out.
