Bill Parcells was given carte blanche until he retired. Jones has given Garrett a long time to run things. He's not meddling like he did with Campo and Gailey. Stephen Jones is more or less running the front office and Jerrah is always present but Garrett is running the show on the field, it just isn't working.

That would be quite a landing spot for Urban, he could instantly make that team a Super Bowlcontender. They are underachieving, coaches have a shelf life and Garrett has reached his expiration date in Dallas. Urban is one of the few college coaches that wouldn't have trouble with the transition.

What position do you see him playing?

I think they want him on offense, and that's sort of where I see him. But, they may also try him at Safety/Bullet. They also have Mookie Cooper in this class and he and Cam would do a lot of the same things on offense. He really does seem like the quintessential "athlete" -- but your question raises the issue of fitting in "athletes".

M didn't like him enough on offense, he doesn't have the hands to be a wide receiver. Those guys can work in the slot and safety is a spot for those type of athletes too. Surprised he ended up with you guys as he was supposedly a big M fan early in the process.
